Today, we are absolutely thrilled to unveil a passion project two years in the making: the Fratello Cowbell, an ultra-exclusive, limited-edition cigar dedicated entirely to our retail partners and passionate enthusiasts in Switzerland.

The story behind this unique release is deeply personal. As our founder, Omar de Frias, shares:

“I’ve lost count of my trips to Switzerland, but not of my experiences. That is where the inspiration came from to prepare an exclusive for our partners in Switzerland and the Fratello Cowbell was born.”

To bring this vision to life, we collaborated closely with our Swiss distribution partner, ImpCor GmbH (formerly known as Importadora Corazza). What started as a casual joke and a creative brainstorming session between Omar and Marcello Corazza two years ago has officially evolved into a premium reality.

As Marcello Corazza notes, this project truly speaks to the Swiss people, pays a beautiful homage to the country’s iconic landscape, and gives local brick-and-mortar retailers an extraordinary, exclusive product to offer their clientele.

A Masterfully Balanced Blend Crafted at the Legendary La Aurora Factory

To match the high standards of the sophisticated Swiss palate, we took this special project to the historic La Aurora factory in the Dominican Republic. Together, we developed a medium-bodied, deeply complex flavor profile that highlights the artistry of premium tobacco blending.

The Cigar Blend Profile:

  • Wrapper: A silky, smooth Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper leaf.
  • Binder: A rich, aromatic African Cameroon binder.
  • Filler: A carefully curated, aged combination of Dominican and Nicaraguan tobaccos.

This meticulous selection of leaves delivers a smooth yet wonderfully complex smoking experience, striking an immaculate balance from the very first light to the final draw.
